If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to send the unwanted items back to us.

You can now easily return packages from the website on your phone or computer. Register your return online below and tell us which items you would like to return. Once you have created the return, you will receive an email with a QR code that you must show at the place where you drop off the package, so they will print a new label and put it on the package.

1. Click the “Open Returns Portal” button above.

2. Enter your email and the information you used to place the order.

3. Select return method and accept our terms and conditions.

5. Pay for your return label. You can pay with Mobilpay and you will then receive an email with a QR code.

6. Pack your return and deliver the package to a pickup location or post office to an employee and show the QR code, they will print a new label and send the package.
