How do I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to send the unwanted items back to us.
Choose the country you are returning your parcel from. You pay for the return shipping in the portal.
Luxembourg – open returns portal
PostNord return: EUR 30 including VAT for one parcel weighing up to 5 kg, including packaging. A printer is required.
For returns from other countries, or parcels over 5 kg from Luxembourg, please contact mail@denlilleida.dk for guidance. You can also purchase tracked return shipping from a carrier yourself and send your parcel directly to Den Lille Ida, Klaregade 12, 5000 Odense C, Denmark. Include your order number inside the parcel.
How to create a return
1. Open the returns portal for the country you are sending your parcel from using the links above.
2. Enter your name, address and contact details. Enter your order number in the Reference field. You can find it in your order confirmation.
3. Select the return shipping option, read and accept the terms, and pay the price shown in the portal.
4. For returns from Luxembourg, print the return label and attach it to the parcel. For returns from Denmark, follow the instructions in the email you receive after payment.
5. Pack your items securely, include your order number inside the parcel, and follow the label instructions for dropping it off. Keep your receipt and tracking number.
